On May 11, 2009, the cost of a first class mail stamp increases from $0.42 to $0.44. There are actually increases across the board on mailing services. See here for the price changes.
If you have Forever Stamps, regardless when you purchased them, you can still use them without buying extra postage. So, if you have a lot of invites to mail out, run out and get the Forever stamps.
